Greenwood Youth Fellowship

Our young people enjoy an active fellowship at Greenwood. We now have a Sunday School class for our youth. All Greenwood young people ages 10 to 19 are encouraged to join this new class. In addition, a Young Adults Sunday school class is underway. Each of these classes meet in the Fellowship Hall at 10:00 a.m. every Sunday morning.

Circles

Greenwood's women's circles are active in supporting the church's ministries, including:

Care packages for America's troops overseas and wounded military hospitalized in the D.C. area.

Sponsoring a local family with school supplies in early September and then again with both Thanksgiving and Christmas meals and Christmas gifts.

Bake sales that raised money to sponsor Greenwood youth at Westview on the James camp this summer.

Raising funds by making and selling the tastiest chocolate Easter eggs in Christendom ... three flavors: butter crème, peanut butter, coconut.

Our prayer group meets each Wednesday at the church at 7 p.m.

Greenwood Choir
